After gaining extensive experience within the industry working for major corporate players for a combined period of 17 years both partners decided to open their own estate agency. The partners decided that the knowledge they had gained over many years could now be used to provide an unique and first class service direct to the general public.

Warren Bradley Estates was established on the 1st September 1993.

With the benefit of a partner based on site and members of staff specialising in the relevant specific areas of the business, Warren Bradley Estates use the latest available technology and provide colour property details, floorplan and video tours as standard. Clients are able to log in to our designated client portal database 24 hours a day with any queries they have or simply to view detailed feedback.

We have previously been voted best local independent agent by a major relocation network and have been awarded GOLD for Customer Excellence by allagents.co.uk who are the leading review site for Estates Agents, in 2016, 2017, 2019 (receiving SILVER in 2018) and now 2020.
